An Eye-Opener: Aligning Passion, Career, and Income
I came to realize the powerful difference between passion and career. The trainer highlighted a profound truth: “If your passion doesn’t reflect in your bank account, create another source of income while continuing to follow your passion.” This insight was truly an eye-opener for me!
Another transformative concept I learned was the Life Alignment Model. In particular, Stage 2: Self-Discovery (13–24 years), which focuses on identity formation, career aspirations, and social belonging. Understanding this stage helped me plan my career path with clarity—allowing me to pursue my passion without feeling forced to sacrifice it for the sake of income.
